Statewide Transition Leaders Academy

The Statewide Transition Leaders Academy (STLA) is an education initiative empowering educators across Virginia to become effective leaders in the transition field for students with disabilities. STLA provides them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to better support students with disabilities in achieving successful post-school outcomes.

As a new initiative from the Center on Transition Innovations (CTI), STLA had no visual identity to ground its communication strategy and academy events around. Though a subproject of CTI, STLA needed its own wordmark, icon, and print material to support its endeavors.
